COMPLAINT

  1. If you want to complain about goods from the e-shop or purchased in person, you need to deliver them to us.

  2. Prepare two important documents first – the invoice you received when you received the goods and the claim_list_www.MALKY.eu_2023. Place the mentioned documents in the package together with the claimed goods.

  3. Pack the shipment carefully to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Send the package registered or standard to our claims department address below. Unfortunately, none of us can accept the cash on delivery shipment at the given address, so it would be returned to you unfinished.
